Shoe factory workers are at risk of developing occupational diseases that can reduce health and productivity. Structured health education efforts can increase knowledge and influence behaviors to prevent occupational diseases. This community service activity aimed to increase factory workers' knowledge of disease prevention to reduce infections and disease transmission among workers at PT Intidragon Suryatama in Mojokerto City. The implementation was carried out through counseling using discussion and demonstration methods, followed by an evaluation at the end of the activity. The evaluation revealed an increase in knowledge among PT Intidragon Suryatama employees after receiving training on occupational diseases and their prevention. The physical examination results can serve as a reference for the company in determining steps to control the risk of health problems among workers.
