HUBUNGAN PARITAS DENGAN KEJADAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER 1 DAN 3 DI PUSKESMAS GAYAMAN KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator of the health status of a country and shows the quality of health services, especially maternal and infant health. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia itself until 2018 is also still high, amounting to 305 per 1000 live births. One of the diseases accompanying pregnancy that can cause death in pregnant women is anemia. The proportion of anemia in East Java increased in 2018, which is 48.9% Anemia in pregnant women can be caused by many factors, including maternal age, parity, gravid, and maternal compliance in consuming Fe tablets. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship of parity with anemia in trimester 1 and trimester 3 pregnant women in the Gayaman Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. This type of research is analytical research with cross sectional design. The independent variable of this study is parity. While the dependent variable of this study is the incidence of anemia in 1st and 3rd trimester pregnant women. Samples in this study were 49 people Data were analyzed by Chi Square Test statistic test. The results showed that there was no relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in pregnant mothers Trimester 1 and 3. Anemia during pregnancy is not only influenced by parity, but many other factors can influence. Pregnant women must always maintain their health condition and always consume nutritious foods to avoid anemia during pregnancy
