GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN POS PEMBINAAN TERPADU (POSBINDU) PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR (PTM) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BANGSAL KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Non-communicable diseases are becoming a big issue in the health sector. One effort that can be done to control and reduce the number of events is by initial screening. These efforts have been carried out in a number of Puskesmas working areas in the form of PosPembinaanTerpadu (POSBINDU) Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM). The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of PTB POSBINDU in the Work Area of the Bangsal Health Center in Mojokerto. This study used a descriptive study design involving 46 respondents in POSBINDU PTM in the Work Area of the Bangsal Health Center in Mojokerto. The study was conducted in the range of August - September 2019. Data analysis in this study uses the frequency distribution of the data obtained. The results showed that 47.8% of respondents became cadres of POSBINDU PTM<1 year, 63% of respondents were still involved as health cadres in other service posts, 78.3% of respondents had never attended POSBINDU PTM cadre training, and 60.9% of respondents regularly visited once a month. there is a follow-up from the Puskesmas and in collaboration with other parties concerned to provide basic training on POSBINDU PTM. This is done so that the services performed can be optimal and in line with expectations.
