Abstract

The number of non-communicable diseases (PTM) is increasing in Indonesia. Basic health screening at Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (POSBINDU) PTM is one of the efforts that can be done. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the components of the POSBINDU PTM Rajawali program in Sumbertebu Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency. This study used a descriptive design involving 8 respondents. The study was conducted in October - November 2019. Data analysis in this study used a description of the material generated from interviews with respondents. The results showed that from the financing aspect it was found that the implementation of POSBINDU PTM had been routinely funded by the Village Fund, from the aspect of facilities and infrastructure it was found that the implementation of POSBINDU PTM had used a 5 table service system, and from the human resources aspect it was found that all cadres and health workers in charge had get training related to POSBINDU. The synergy of activities carried out by health cadres, health workers, village officials, and PUSKESMAS needs to be continued, with the aim of preventing and suppressing the incidence of PTM.
