POLA MAKAN DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DENGAN STATUS GIZI KARYAWAN YAYASAN PERMATA MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Permata Mojokerto Foundation employees are responsible for ensuring their students to be completed in their education so they must be have great performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with nutritional status. The design of this research was quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection usedFood Frequency questionare, baecke questionare, and glukosa, uric acid and cholesterol status and than data analyzed using Spearman Rho test.The Spearman rho statistical test showed p.value: 0,00 andr = 0.640 that means there was a significant relationship between diet and nutritional status andp.value :0,00, r = 0.632, thats means that was a significant relationship between physical activity and nutritional status. The impact of some employees has health problems, such as blood glucose, uric acid and cholesterol that exceeds normal limits.
