Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Infertilitas Pada Pria
Abstract
Infertility is a partner's inability to have children. Alpha-Glucosidase is a normal constituent of human semen, produced primarily in epididymis. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between sperm analysis results with Trace Element Alpha Glucosidase in men. This research use Comparative Method with giving trace element alpha glucosidase at 21 plasma sperm, Data analyzed by using fishers exact test. The results showed that motility affects the level of alpha glucosidase to infertile groups. While Morphology and concentration have no significant effect on alpha glucosidase in infertile case: Exact Physical morphology ≥ 0.005 is 0.696, Exact Fisher test concentration ≥ 0.005 is 1.651, Motility of fisher test Exact ≥ 0.005 is 1,000. The study also showed that age, heredity, and smoking history led to infertility. The conclusion that Alpha Glucosidase does not affect the three sperm content (Motility, Consetration, and Morphology) but Alpha Glucosidase is more influential to Sperm motility, besides smoking and hereditary history also affect male infertility
