Revitalisasi Buku Kia Sebagai Sarana Deteksi Dini Resiko Tinggi Ibu Hamil Di Puskesmas Sukorame Kota Kediri
Abstract
The number of maternal deaths in Kediri in 2014 was 17 people, from the number of deliveries 26,906 in one year, and then in 2015 there was 5 maternal deaths were found in January to February. The number of infant deaths in 2013 was 227 while the number of infant deaths in 2014 was 203(Health Office of Kediri). To significantly reduce maternal mortality, early detection and treatment of risky pregnant women need to be further improved, especially in Mother and Child Health service facilities. The MCH Handbook is considered to have an important role in the process of pregnancy to maternal delivery. Community service methods are done by pre-test post-test design. Respondents were health workers (midwives) at the Sukorame Health Center. The results of community service revitalization of the MCH book affect as a means of early detection of a high risk of pregnant women
