MOBILISASI PROGRESIF LEVEL I UNTUK MENGATASI HIPOTENSI ORTOSTATIK PADA STROKE NON HEMORAGIK
Abstract
A paralize is a major disability in the stroke patient. Paralizing make themselves lay in long time without changes any position. It caused hypotention ortostatic. To prevent hypotension ortostatic, a mobilization progressive can be chosen. Mobilization progressive level I is body movement which given every 2 hours, Rom Pasif and HOB 30°. This research is purposed to observ the changes of blood tension (ortostatic hypotension) between group of Mobilization progressive level 1 and group of Control. This research is using Quasi Experimental Design and approach with non equivalent control group pre test post test design. The technique sampling is consecutilitative sampling. The total of respondent is 34, which 17 respondent of mobilization progressive level 1 and 17 respondent of control group. The test apllied is independent sample test. After following the process blood tension exercise sistolik and distolik in the group of treatment, blood tension is reduce 1,176 mmhg and 0,882 mmhg, meanwhile in the group of contol is showing reduce; 12,647mmhg and 10,000 mmhg. It can be concluded that the treatment of mobilization progressive level 1 is can stabilize of blood tension, can applied as therapy non farmakology in the case of hypotention ortostatic caused of bedrest.
