HEAD UP 30o UNTUK MEMPERBAIKI MEAN ARTERIAL PRESSURE PADA PASIEN CIDERA KEPALA
Abstract
Head injury is one of the main causes of death in motor vehicle users due to the high level of mobility and the lack of maintaining road safety. Head up 30o can be chosen to reduce intra-cranial pressure. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of head up 30oon mean arterial pressure in head injured patients. The research method used quasi experimental by pre testand post test two design group. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the number of respondents 34 respondents. Test statistic used is Wilcoxon signed rank test at position 150 got result ρ = 0,04 or ρ <α = 0,05 which means there is significant influence on giving position 150, whereas at position 300 got result ρ = 0, 00 or ρ <α = 0,05 so it is concluded more influence positioning 300. To know the difference between position 150 and 300 by using stat test Man Whitney Test with result ρvalue = 0,02 or ρ <α = 0,05 which concluded that there is significant difference between position 150 and 300 to mean arterial pressure on head injury patients. Based on statistical test data, it can be concluded that Head up 300more effective to maintain mean arterial pressure in head injured patient
